What We Ask You & Our Policies

Personal Information/Your Privacy Assured:

We do require some personal information from you. This is only for the purpose of quality assurance in matching customer responses with the proper contractor. Your personal information will never be used to compile any form of "list" and will never be released to any party other than the contractor involved (and then, only with your consent at that time). You will never be personally identified on any of our web sites unless you wish to leave a comment in the public comments box. In that box you can leave some identification as you choose such as your initials or an initial and first or last name in a form such as "JWS" or "J. Smith" or "John S."
Your address/e-mail and phone will never be used for any purpose other than for us to contact you to verify information that is unclear or to identify you to the contractor if, in the rare case, there was a problem or complaint which needed to be rectified.

Comments:

In either your personal comments to us or any comments you leave for public review we ask that you be as complete and descriptive as possible. For example: "I am completely satisfied" leaves little room for improvement but we would appreciate comments on anything done exceptionally well-beyond your expectations. If on the other hand a comment was "I am not satisfied" that doen't give us anything to work with. So we would ask that you provide details of any problem be it in customer service or workmanship.

As the Only Organization for Professional Pavement-Related Contractors  we take great pride in the fact our Association members are contractors who strive to be the best of the best. You should have had everything about your work completely explained to you and been offered a written guarantee. You should be glad you chose to use an NPCA member contractor. We want your feedback so we can be sure we are achieving that goal.
 
If Your Experience was not everything you hoped for:  
We want to know (as do our members) where there is room for improvement. AND in the rare case someone has had a very unsatisfactory experience you are welcome to use our arbitration policy with our members to attempt to resolve any outstanding problems.
